 Durst SmartWasher Key Features
The patented Durst SmartWasher is the premier aqueous-based, bioremediating parts washer. The Durst SmartWasher is a rugged machine which uses
bioremediation, specialized mats, and a highly effective aqueous-based
degreasing fluid (OzzyJuice) to clean dirty parts.
Unlike traditional parts
cleaners, the Durst SmartWasher doesn't use harsh chemicals to scrub away greasy
residue. The Durst SmartWasher eliminates the need to contract with hazardous waste
removal agencies, alleviating "cradle to grave" liability.
The
VOC-free OzzyJuice is pH-neutral, protecting the health and well-being of your
employees. And, your maintenance facility reduces operating costs by not having
to haul away hazardous by-products.

Flexible Faucet
-- Bendable design allows user to shoot fluid stream directly at grimy parts.
Flow-Through Brush -- Scrub away stubborn grease problems with the
durable brush.
Impact-Resistant Construction -- Molded from plastic specifically
designed to work with our powerful blend of microbes and OzzyJuice, our parts
washing system can hold a 550 lb. load and stands up to heavy use.
The OzzyMat -- Disposable, microbe-impregnated mat traps particulate
matter down to 50 microns in size. When combined with OzzyJuice, Ozzys are
activated and released into the system.
Easy-On Knee Switch -- Ergonomically-designed fluid flow control. Even
when your hands are full, you can easily switch the machine on or off.
Pump Control Timer -- Economical timer saves money by turning off
fluid flow after a set time. System is equipped with timer override switch if
constant flow is desired.
Recirculating Pump -- Sump action recirculates system fluid and
microbes through machine.
Industrial Heater -- Built-in heater keeps fluid at a comfortable 105°
F.
